Fabsil Universal Protector + UV Protection 1L

Keep tents, awnings and outdoor fabrics protected from the weather with Fabsil Universal Protector + UV Protection 1L. This paint-on or spray-on treatment restores water repellency while helping shield fabrics from UV-related degradation and sun damage.

• Durable water-repellent treatment helps rain bead off outdoor fabric.
• Added UV inhibitors help reduce damage from prolonged sun exposure.
• Can be applied with a brush or suitable garden sprayer.
• Helps protect against rain, staining and fabric deterioration.

Suitable for

Nylon, polyester, cotton canvas, hessian, mohair, Ventile, polycotton, ripstop, eVent and GORE-TEX fabrics, subject to the item manufacturer’s care instructions.

1. Make sure the fabric is clean and completely dry before treatment.
2. Work outdoors or in a well-ventilated area, protecting nearby grass and hard surfaces from splashes.
3. Paint on an even coat, or apply with a suitable garden sprayer from approximately 10–15cm away.
4. Apply extra treatment to seams and areas subject to abrasion.
5. Protect from rain and dew until completely dry; allow as long as possible before use.

Care tips

• For best results, clean first with an appropriate Fabsil fabric cleaner.
• Fully erect tents before applying.
• If droplets appear on the surface, gently rub with a clean cloth to help the treatment penetrate.

May darken some fabrics; test on an inconspicuous area first. Not suitable for painted leather, glued seams or plastic-coated fabrics such as vinyl windows, ground sheets and mudwalling. Keep away from ignition sources; follow all hazard and first-aid instructions on the container.
