Fabsil Gold Universal Protector 1L

For serious reproofing jobs, Fabsil Gold Universal Protector 1L offers a super-concentrated paint-on waterproofing treatment. Its formulation is designed to help restore strong water repellency to outdoor fabric exposed to the elements for extended periods.

• Helps protect against rain and staining.
• Especially useful for tents, awnings and outdoor fabric equipment.

Suitable for

Nylon, polyester, cotton canvas, hessian, mohair, polycotton and ripstop, subject to fabric care instructions.

1. Clean and dry the fabric thoroughly before starting.
2. Apply outdoors or in a well-ventilated area, with surrounding surfaces protected.
3. Paint on evenly or use a garden sprayer from approximately 10–15cm.
4. Pay extra attention to seams and areas prone to rubbing or wear.
5. Keep free from rain and dew until completely dry.

Care tips

• Clean with a suitable outdoor fabric cleaner before proofing.
• Fully erect tents before applying, and protect surrounding grass and tarmac.
• If droplets form, rub gently with a clean cloth to help penetration.

Flammable liquid and vapour. May darken some fabrics; test first. Not suitable for painted leather, glued seams or plastic-coated fabrics, including ground sheets and vinyl windows. Follow all hazard instructions on the container.
